E-Learning Storyboard:
Safety at Marche Al-Baqr

A detailed storyboard for an E-learning program on safety regulations of a grocery store.

Overview

Our final assignment in the Fundamentals of Distance Education course was to develop a detailed storyboard for an E-learning program. The goal of the project was to apply distance education theories as well as understand the appropriate use of technology while developing a well-structured and meaningful learning program.

Proposal

The first step of the process was to write a detailed proposal that encapsulates the context, defines the constraints and business need, lays out the design decisions (e.g., format, structure), sheds light on the theories of E-learning that are being considered, explains the learning interface, discusses accessibility and inclusivity, covers the assessment plan for learners as well as a course evaluation plan, lists the technology requirements, and finally provides an estimated development time.

Storyboard

As the final standalone deliverable, the storyboard was comprehensive and highly detailed - ready for development and then implementation. It provided details on all lessons including evaluations.
